1) Regular - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st No automatically recurring payments Regular members are actively engaged in management or leadership of one of the following: Individuals who work in medical group practices formally organized for the purpose of health care delivery, or individuals that provide administrative or related support services to one or more medical group practices; i.e., management companies, consultants, billing, etc. Regular members may vote, hold office and serve on committees. Annual Dues for Regular Members is $50.

2) Affiliate - $100.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 3 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st No automatically recurring payments An Affiliate Member is an organization that provides products and/or services to the health care industry. Affiliate members are entitled to one non-voting affiliate membership. Annual Dues for Affiliate Members is $100.

3) Student - $10.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st No automatically recurring payments A Student member is an individual who is not currently in a health care management position, but who is enrolled in a degreed health care management program. Annual Dues for a Student Member are $10.

4) Fall Conference Sponsor - $500.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 2 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st No automatically recurring payments Fall Conference Sponsor level.

NOTICE: During SMTMGMA events, SMTMGMA representatives may take photographs or video recordings of attendees. SMTMGMA may use these materials for its editorial or marketing purposes. Attendees acknowledge that their image, likeness or voice may appear in these materials.
